The campus community is invited to join President Book at noon on Thursday, Jan. 17, for a two-mile walk around campus.
The weekly Phoenix Walk with President Connie Ledoux Book will shift to Thursday this week, with the campus community invited to join the president for a two-mile midday walk around Elon’s scenic campus.
Since the start of the academic year, President Book has been inviting students, faculty and staff to join her each Tuesday at 7 a.m. for a walk around campus to foster fitness and conversation. This week, the Phoenix Walk will be held at noon on Thursday, and will follow the same route as the other weekly walks this year.
Interested? Meet President Book in front of Koury Athletic Center at noon. In the case of inclement weather, the walk will be relocated to the Schar Center concourse.
