Assistant Professor of Mathematics Hwayeon Ryu participates in the American Institute of Mathematics workshop

The workshop, held in San Jose, California, focused on "identifiability problems in systems biology."

Attendees at the recent American Institute of Mathematics workshop
Assistant Professor of Mathematics Hwayeon Ryu attended the mathematics workshop on "Identifiability Problems in Systems Biology" at American Institute of Mathematics, one of National Science Foundation-funded institutes located in San Jose, CA. Her attendance was supported by American Institute of Mathematics.

During the workshop, Ryu and workshop participants collaboratively worked on a variety of (open) identifiability problems in both the theoretical and application-driven side of mathematical modeling, with a goal of advancing the field of identifiability analysis of dynamic systems models.
