TimelyCare is a virtual service app that allows students immediate access to medical and mental health resources from anywhere in the United States, seven days per week, 365 days a year. TimelyCare licensed counselors and therapists are available 24/7 to offer mental health support via phone or secure video visits.
Students can download the TimelyCare app on their mobile device, or access the web application on a laptop by signing in on the TimelyCare webpage. Students who have previously used TimelyCare can continue sessions with their current care provider. Please be advised that if a student continues their sessions in a state outside of North Carolina, they should update their current location before starting a visit. Due to licensing restrictions, students will be assigned a different provider than the one they would see while on campus.
