TimelyCare available for students during Fall Break

Elon University continues partnership with TimelyCare to provide virtual care services during Fall Break.

From the cabin to your hometown, get online to get virtual care 24/7 with TimelyCare during Fall Break!

TimelyCare is a virtual service app that allows students immediate access toTop Quality Virtual Care Anytime, Anywhere. Download the TimelyCare app to access or learn more at timelycare.com/elon medical and mental health resources from anywhere in the United States, seven days per week, 365 days a year. TimelyCare licensed counselors and therapists are available 24/7 to offer mental health support via phone or secure video visits.

Students can download the TimelyCare app on their mobile device, or access the web application on a laptop by signing in on the TimelyCare webpage. Students who have previously used TimelyCare can continue sessions with their current care provider. Please be advised that if a student continues their sessions in a state outside of North Carolina, they should update their current location before starting a visit. Due to licensing restrictions, students will be assigned a different provider than the one they would see while on campus.
