Nick Gozik featured in U.S. News and World Report article on the benefit of studying abroad

Gozik, dean of global education, talked with U.S. News & World Report about what students can gain from studying abroad.

Dean of Global Education Nick Gozik was featured in a recent article from U.S. News & World Report on the benefit of studying abroad.

Gozik told contributor Miki Tanikawa is it difficult to imagine college graduates not needing to use the skills they’ve gained through study abroad and other global experiences.

“Whether it is a doctor who treats patients originating from other countries, a teacher with students from underrepresented backgrounds, or a scientist working in a multinational, it is increasingly necessary for graduates to be able to navigate difference and work with people from other cultures and backgrounds,” Gozik said.
