On Thursday, March 6, donors gave a record 6,385 gifts – the most ever in Elon Day history.

Elle Collins currently guides the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program at the University of Florida and will join Elon University in April as executive director of a campus office that helps students from all backgrounds thrive in higher education.

The Elon Charlotte community came together to celebrate a special Elon Day College Coffee.

The strategic communications major was one of 50 students nationwide selected for the advertising industry’s premier multicultural recruiting initiative.

In addition to this recognition, ENN earned seven other individual and organizational Apple Awards, highlighting excellence in crisis coverage, opinion writing, photography, and multimedia journalism.

Ryu, an associate professor of mathematics, delivered a keynote talk at the 2025 Mathematical Association of American Southeastern Section Conference as a recipient of the 2024 Award for Distinguished Teaching by a Beginning College Mathematics Faculty Member.

Students and faculty at the Elon Mathematics Department attended and presented at the MAA Southeastern Section Meeting on Feb. 27-March 1, 2025, at High Point University.
