Evan Gatti

Evan A. Gatti, associate professor of art history, co-presented a paper on Feb. 18, 2017 as part of special advocacy session called "Interventions in the Future of Art History" at the annual meeting of the College Art Association in New York. 

Khristin Landry-Montes, visiting instructor of art history, has published an article with Jeff Kowalski, professor emeritus of art history at Northern Illinois University, in the International Journal of the Inclusive Museum. 

Kirstin Ringelberg, professor of art history, presented a paper Oct. 29, 2016, at the 19th century French Studies Conference hosted by Brown University. 

A highly acclaimed speaker on Marc Chagall, Vivian R. Jacobson will visit Elon to lecture on Chagall's love of creating both art and literature.

Evan A. Gatti, associate professor of art history and associate director of the Elon Core Curriculum, presented "Frescoes in Fragments: What material loss allows us to see" at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.

Jeffrey S. Coker, director of the Elon Core Curriculum and associate professor of Biology and Evan A. Gatti, associate director Elon Core Curriculum and associate professor of art history, present papers at the 56th Annual Conference of the Association for General and Liberal Studies (AGLS) in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Evan A. Gatti, associate professor of art history, presented "Episcopus 'al Fresco': Episcopal Imagery in the Painted Programs of North Italy at the turn of the Millennium" at the International Medieval Congress in Leeds, England on July 3, 2013.
