Committed alums-to-be of Elon University and Agnes Scott College compared notes and traded stories this month about their work raising funds for their schools’ senior class gifts.

Elon University’s Board of Visitors raised nearly $30,000 in gifts and pledges to benefit the Elon Academy at a Nov. 20 special evening reception and dinner in Burlington, N.C., at the Alamance Country Club.
