Elon parents Ken and Malinda Gill of Charlotte, N.C., are among the donors who have recently made generous gifts to support the Schar Center, the university’s new 5,400-seat convocation center.

The ranking comes from Poets & Quants, a business education news outlet that released its inaugural survey results on Dec. 5. 

Two Elon graduates were named Teacher of the Year at their schools. 

Members of the Elon community gathered in Alumni Gym on Dec. 3 to pay tribute to Dr. Danieley, who served Elon for more than seven decades. 

Meredith Allison, associate professor of psychology, Erin Martin '16, and collaborator Sandy Jung from MacEwan University presented their research at the annual meeting of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers in Orlando, Florida.

Hundreds gathered outside Alamance Building on Thursday night for Elon University's annual Festival of Holiday Lights, with luminaries glowing in honor of alumni and student donors. 

Dr. Danieley, who died Tuesday at the age of 92, will be honored in multiple ways during events on Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3. 

Since graduating in 1946, Dr. J. Earl Danieley spent 70 years serving Elon University and touching the lives of thousands. 

Dr. J. Earl Danieley, 92, president emeritus of Elon University and one of North Carolina’s strongest advocates for higher education, died November 29 at the Village at Brookwood in Burlington, N.C.

The book by Donnell Baldwin '01 and his wife, Courtney Arrington Baldwin, comes after Baldwin transformed his love of fashion into a career.
