Elon University’s Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows program was selected for national recognition of its immersive course on the Civil Rights Movement.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, fifteen undergraduate and seven graduate students in the School of Education were inducted virtually into Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society in education that promotes the highest ideals of the teaching profession, on April 23, 2020. 

Outstanding Elon students, along with distinguished faculty and staff, were recognized for their achievements and contributions to Elon during a virtual version of the campus tradition on April 25.

This fall, Jizelle Campbell, will follow her passion for advocacy and connecting with others all the way to American University in D.C., earning a master’s degree in International Affairs Policy and Analysis.

The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business sales program is recognized by the Sales Education Foundation for preparing sales talent.

The Outstanding Student in Criminal Justice Studies Award honors the accomplishments of graduating Criminal Justice Studies minors.

Elon undergraduates and faculty advisors will collaborate to edit and publish the Pi Sigma Alpha Undergraduate Journal of Politics beginning Fall 2020. Pi Sigma Alpha is the national political science honor society, comprised of more than 800 chapters at universities across America.

The professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi is launching “Brotherhood Unbounded,” a campaign concept named by Pirsos.

Through a two-year fellows program, the five members of the Class of 2022 who are part of this interdisciplinary cohort will participate in specialized coursework, faculty-mentored undergraduate research, campus leadership and community engagement in multifaith contexts.

Bloch-Schulman was honored for the article "Diversity Is Not Enough: The Importance of Inclusive Pedagogy" published in the journal Teaching Philosophy.
