Elon University has once again been recognized by the Institute of International Education for the highest percentage rate of study abroad participation in the nation.

Megan DeMarco ‘26 is the recipient of an award recognizing outstanding leadership and service by North Carolina Campus Engagement, a statewide network of colleges and universities committed to preparing students for civic and social responsibility.

Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences held its annual grants reception in recognition of faculty who pursued or received external grant funding. The recognition celebrated grant work from summer 2024 through summer 2025.

The fellowship gave the Elon nursing student practical experience in her field of interest, just in time for graduation in spring 2026.

Elon bested runner-up William & Mary by 40 points, marking the most lopsided CAA women's cross country championship victory since the Phoenix bested the field by 51 points to win the 2020 title.

Over 400 APTA members across North Carolina were in attendance at the event in Elon University's Francis Center.

Knight served as clinician/conductor for the Asheville Choral Society

The former Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court and Elon Law’s Sandra Day O’Connor Professor was recognized by the N.C. Supreme Court Historical Society for her trailblazing influence and steadfast leadership.

Assistant Professor Rosa Newman recently became chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trusts, and Estates Section Legal Education Committee and a contributing editor of Property JOTWELL.

Elon's inclusion in the guide reflects the university's continued commitment to sustainability across campus.
