Nineteen faculty members have been selected for four extended faculty development programs in community-based pedagogy

Associate Director of Career Advising for Pre-Professional Health John Moses-Brownson, has received the National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions' (NAAHP) biennial Outreach/Engagement Award in recognition of his work to bridge gaps, forge new alliances and amplify NAAHP’s voice in new arenas.

Department of Exercise Science faculty and undergraduate students partnered with the Alamance Dream Center to deliver culturally tailored nutrition education, creating meaningful learning experiences for students while expanding access to evidence-based health education in the community.
