Wondering what to do with that perfectly good item you don’t want to pack? Donation Stations are set up throughout campus May 10-24 to collect donations which go to local charities.

Josephine Gardner, a public health studies major from Maine, has received the Samuel Huntington Public Service Award to grow a nonprofit she founded to empower low-income women in Ethiopia. 

A new event, Women at Elon: Moving Philanthropy Forward, offered a variety of perspectives on how women can become involved in giving. 

During a May 3 awards ceremony, Alexis de Groot ’17 and Kelly Siewers ’17 were recognized with Major of the Year Awards and alumnus Brad Holloman ’09 served as a guest speaker, sharing advice from his career in the sports industry.
