From dodgeball to sack races, hundreds of Elon University students competed Aug. 29, 2014, in contests that helped build friendships while offering opportunities to relax at the end of the first week of fall semester classes.

A tradition at Elon that features more than 800 students competing in six events to win the utlimate crown, SportsFest requires teams to register with Campus Recreation no later than Wednesday, Aug. 27, at 5 p.m.

It is so easy! Mark it, register it & keep it! Just don't regret it!

Several athletes received USA Ultimate 2014 College Awards following competition in May in Westerville, Ohio.

Several Elon University programs traveled to national tournaments while also volunteering closer to campus with community agencies and other outreach initiatives.

Elon Teaching Fellows and the School of Education co-sponsored a program that shared with future teachers advice and activities that foster more balanced and holistic lifestyles.

The event, which was sponsored by the event management department of Campus Recreation,  featured a total of 10 teams.  

Men's club baseball split a four-game series with Appalachian State University to end season.
