Twenty faculty members served on panels, presented research and received honors for their academic work.

Associate Professor Anthony Hatcher authored an opinion column for several North Carolina newspapers about the disdain politicians can show toward those at the very top of their professions.

The article was published in the International Journal of Communication and the book review was featured in International Migration Review.

Eight papers from the 2013 Elon University Media and Religion Conference have been published in both e-Book and print-on-demand paperback formats.
