Piano concert featuring Vikram Potdar – Jan. 22

Vikram Potdar, a teenage piano extraordinaire from Chapel Hill, will perform selections from composers such as Bach, Chopin and Liszt on Jan. 22 in a Whitley Auditorium concert co-sponsored by the Office of Cultural and Special Programs and the Department of Music.

“Sweeney Todd” now playing in McCrary Theatre

"Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street," under the direction of Catherine McNeela and choreographed by Linda Sabo, opens Oct. 30 in McCrary Theatre, where the audience will hear the tale of "murderous 'barber'-ism and culinary crime" just in time for Halloween.
