Baccalaureate is a university tradition and graduation event that showcases the multiple traditions and worldviews of graduating student leaders. Join us as we send off our students in hope and celebration.

This event, immediately following the Holi festival of colors, celebrates Indian culture and our Southeast Asian community near and far. Join us for a celebration of colorful Indian festivities, free food, and community reflection on the transition to spring. 

A Hindu spring festival of color and sharing love, Holi marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring where we throw colored powder to celebrate the earth returning to color and life and good triumphing over evil. 

Austin Channing Brown with be presenting from her new book on black dignity and whiteness. 

Directed by Jason Aryeh with guest artist Gaspard Louis. One performance in McCrary Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free, no ticket required. 

"Using community-based participatory research with Montagnards to explore lingering effects of the Vietnam War" with Catherine Bush. 

In conjunction with The Religious Body Imagined symposium, an exhibition of Christian, Hindu and Buddhist figures will be on view in Numen Lumen Pavilion with an opening reception on Friday, Feb. 8, beginning at 4:30 p.m.

The keynote address for the "Religious Body Reimagined" symposium will be given by S. Brent Plate and sponsored by the Elon Center for the Study of Religion, Culture and Society.
