Elon Law Flex Program

Nearly half of Flex Two students competed in the Nov. 11 event, supported by 15 volunteer judges from the Mecklenburg County Bar who included four Elon Law alumni.

In partnership with the N.C. Bar Foundation, clinics in Greensboro and, for the first time, Charlotte offered peace of mind to those serving our country and communities. Dozens of Elon Law students volunteered alongside local attorneys to provide pro bono estate and advance directive assistance.

Guests toured the Elon Charlotte South End campus and learned about the undergraduate and graduate academic programs offered in the space.

Building on a history of alumni connections and partnerships, the university continues to expand student internships, professional programming and academic offerings in the Queen City.

Four new full-time teaching faculty at Elon Law’s campus in Greensboro and the Flex Program in Charlotte will lead in areas of legal writing and research, torts, wills and estates, and business law.

North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson shared priorities and perspectives on ethics and the rule of law with Elon Law students in Greensboro and Charlotte. Professor David Levine arranged the meeting through his work with Jackson’s office on AI regulations.

The Elon Law Flex Program, a part-time, in-person program of legal study for place-bound students at Elon University’s Charlotte campus, welcomed its second cohort in Fall 2025.

The Elon Law Flex Program in Charlotte enrolled its second cohort of 47 students during New Student Convocation on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Elon University’s Charlotte center. The Flex Program is a part-time, in-person, evening program for place-bound students in the Charlotte area.

The popular college guide’s “Best Law Schools for 2025” includes Elon Law and student praise for its innovative, skills-based curriculum and exceptional faculty and staff.

The inaugural director of inclusive excellence for graduate and professional education, Laké Laosebikan-Buggs fosters belonging in Elon’s graduate programs. She will be recognized by the Triad Business Journal at a June 12 banquet and featured in a special issue later this month.
