Elon Music Ambassadors

Eady performed Crusell’s Clarinet Concerto No. 1 and won the annual soloist competition held Sunday, Feb. 21 at Shenandoah Conservatory.

The Elon Music Ambassadors will present a variety of music styles meant to lift spirits and promote peace during the ensembles fall concert "Songs of Unity and Peace."

The North Carolina Brass Band will present a program of Latin Music on Sept. 22 and 23.

The concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 16 in Yeager Recital Hall. 

Auditions to be held Aug. 30 for the internationally renowned Elon University Jazz Ensemble.

The Elon Jazz Ambassadors toured Italy with a series of 11 performances around the country from June 18 through July 4. 

The Elon Music Ambassadors, directed by Virginia Novine Whittaker, recently completed a four-day performance tour of high schools in Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Wesley Rose is using the Lumen Prize, Elon University’s top award for undergraduate research and creative achievement, to explain how a famous 19th century composer used mortality and superstition to shape the evolution of classical piano performances.
