The new program will offer three options: a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in exercise neuroscience.

The events included hands-on interactive activities explaining body mechanics to third-grade students at the Alamance Community School in Haw River.

Srikant Vallabhajosula collaborated with Alys Giordano on a research project examining gait in individuals who use prostheses for ambulation. Their main finding was that backwards walking affected pace and gait variability more than rhythm and base of support in individuals who use prosthetics for ambulation.
