Family & Friends is an annual event coordinated through the Office of Student Affairs in conjunction with the Student Bar Association.  

Members of Elon Law's Classes of 2014 and 2015 served in state and federal court systems, law firms, the offices of corporate counsel and in public interest positions this summer. 

Through the successful DRIVE to 25, Elon Law alumni achieved a 25 percent giving rate in support of law school student scholarships. 

For the seventh consecutive year, orientation for first-year law students included a day of service at nonprofit organizations throughout the region. 

The Hon. Henry E. Frye, a founding member of the Elon University Law School Advisory Board and former Chief Justice of the N.C. Supreme Court, delivered the Call to Honor address on Aug. 13, formally welcoming 109 students as the Class of 2016 at Elon Law.

Elon Law Professor Henry Gabriel’s scholarship in domestic and international commercial law has been published recently in a book and several law journal articles.

A new book names Elon Law Professor Steven Friedland one of the 26 “best law teachers” in the United States. 

Elon Law alumnus Chad Hinton L’09 will serve as chairman of the Edgecombe County Board of Elections.

The NBA's Junius W. Williams Young Lawyer of the Year Award recognizes the many contributions young lawyers have made to our society.

The Elon Law Alumni Council will hold its fall meeting on Saturday, October 5 at the Law School.
