His first stop? The Elon Career Center.

Career Services launches “Career Stories” interactive tool

In an effort to share relevant, career development information with students and alumni, Career Services has created the “Career Stories” interactive tool. The tool allows viewers to watch interviews of Elon alumni, parents and students discussing common career development issues such as choosing a major, participating in experiential activities, networking and answering difficult interview questions.

Career Services holds “Job Search Boot Camp”

Students from Elon College, the College of Arts & Sciences, took part on Sept. 18 in a new initiative from Career Services – a job search “Job Search Camp.” The daylong program gave participants a crash-course on nearly every aspect of how to conduct an effective job search.

Career Services introduces “Elon Employer Partners”

Career Services this week is introducing “Elon Employer Partners,” a new program to build more awareness of top companies seeking Elon job candidates. Featured partners include four Fortune 500 companies: EMC Corporation, Credit Suisse, Lowe’s Companies, and E. & J. Gallo Winery, as well as regional organizations such as Curtis Media Group, many of whom are participating in Elon’s upcoming Fall Career Kick-Off.
