Directory Portraits
Please check this page before coming for a portrait; occasionally these dates are amended with short notice.
General Information
University Communications takes directory portraits of faculty and staff in open sessions throughout the year.
If you are new to Elon, if your photo is missing from the directory, or if it is more than three years old, please have a new photo taken during one of our scheduled sessions. No appointment is necessary.
Portraits are taken from the chest up on a gray backdrop.
Upcoming Sessions
- Elon Campus
- Wednesday, October 28: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday, October 30: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Greensboro Campus
- Portrait session dates for the Greensboro campus will be announced soon.
- Charlotte Campus
- Portrait session dates for the Charlotte campus will be announced soon.
Location
The photo studio is in the Alumni Gym (No. 61 on the map below), on East Haggard Avenue. Please enter through the external doors in the southwest corner of Alumni Gym, noted by a red star on the map.
After the Session
Once your photo is in the directory, you may download a high-resolution version for your own professional use. To do so, visit elon.edu/directories. Click the “Edit Profile” button in the lower right, log in if needed, and the editing page will open.
Beneath your photo, click the “Download full resolution directory portrait” and your portrait will be downloaded to your computer.
