John Guiniven will present his paper "Integrating Globalization into Internal Communication Programs" at the International Public Relations Research Conference, March 11-14, at the University of Miami.

Guiniven, who joined Elon's faculty after teaching at South Carolina, Nebraska and Syracuse, worked as a journalist for UPI before beginning in the corporate communications profession as press secretary to Sen. Robert C. Byrd. He also worked as director of communications for International Paper Co. and as director of corporate public relations for Chrysler.
