Cultivating Mentoring Constellations

Through design thinking principles, the Cultivating Mentoring Constellations workshop helps participants re-frame mentorship beyond traditional roles, empowering them to recognize and cultivate meaningful relationships in academic, professional, and personal spheres. Students share success stories and strategies for making small but impactful steps toward building their mentorship constellation.
