I am looking for a subletter to rent out my room during this upcoming summer. I live in Woodale 207. It is an adorable, very clean house with a great back porch, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are also included. I am a nonsmoker and will leave my room completely furnished over the summer for whoever moves in. The rent is not expensive and I am flexible in working out amenities payments.
