How to report an incident of bias, discrimination and/or harassment
If you are in immediate distress:
If this is an emergency situation or you are in immediate danger, call 911.
If you need a security officer or other immediate in-person support, call Campus Security at 336.278.5555. Campus Security will also contact an immediate responder to further assist you.
If you need immediate telephone support from an immediate responder, call the Discrimination & Harassment Hotline at 336 278 3333. If necessary the responder can be with you in person within a short period of time.

If you are not in immediate distress and want to report online:
Click here to officially report online to the university (for action - limited confidentiality) If you file an official report you must provide your name and contact information. You will be contacted on the next business day. For information on confidentiality, click here.
Click here to report anonymously online (for information only). Anonymous information goes to the Inclusive Community Coordinator on behalf of the university and will be shared with as few people as needed to address the situation. Anonymous reporters will not be contacted.
