How to contribute to Elon Hillel and support Jewish life on campus

"I just got off the phone with my son.  He told me how wonderful it has been this past week to have meals and a quiet place to study at the Hillel house.  He has so appreciated the wonderful food and the opportunity to socialize during this stressful period.  We feel so fortunate that he has found Hillel and that you are there to support students in these important ways.  We are very grateful.   We would like to make a donation...."  

A gift designated to Elon Hillel is a gift to Elon University. Your tax-deductible donation will be processed through the Office of University Advancement, who will provide you with a tax receipt.

Elon Hillel is fortunate to receive university support for our basic operations. However, we depend on donations for many of our diverse, quality programs and opportunities.

To make a gift by credit card or bank draft, please click here for our online giving site.  Under "I wish my funds be applied to", scroll down to Elon Hillel at the bottom.  Under "Additional Comments" you can specify how you want your gift allocated within Hillel;  for general donations to Elon Hillel, leave the "Comments" section blank.  

If you prefer to mail in your donation, please send checks to Elon Hillel, 2960 Campus Box, Elon, NC  27244-2010.

  • 10 reams of white copy paper for student office:  $50
  • Calculator with tape:  $50
  • Office supplies for student office (stapler, tape, pens, tape dispenser, scissors.....):  $180
  • Printer toner cartridges for student office:  $120
  • 10 Shabbat tablecloths:  $180
  • 20 copies of Etz Hayim: Torah and Commentary (Travel Size Edition) $30/copy: $300
  • Library fund to update the Hillel Center collection:  any amount!
  • "Fill the Fridge" food for students to enjoy in Hillel Center:  $360/month
  • One bagel brunch: $150
  • One Shabbat dinner:  $250
  • Israel Program Fund:  $100
  • "Meat" dishes/pots/serving utensils:  $540
  • Torah scroll:  $15,000
