Elon Campus
Housing
Elon University is excited to offer limited on campus housing options for graduate students on the Elon campus.
The Crest Apartments are located near the Gerald Francis Center, home of the School of Health Sciences. They are managed by the Station at Mill Point Neighborhood Office and Staff (located in the Love Family Student Commons “The Depot”). Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Contracts run on a 10 month basis and are estimated to cost $8,470 (or $850/month) with an option to extend between semesters. Living on campus can be a more cost-effective option for incoming graduate students.
The estimated cost of living off campus in Burlington, North Carolina for one year is roughly $17,000 for rent and utilities and an additional estimated annual food cost of $6,000.
