All faculty, staff, and students can mail, free of charge*, to any campus box or department. Inter-campus mail can be dropped off at the mail counter in Moseley. Faculty and staff can also send inter-campus mail through outgoing mail trays located in many buildings or central office locations.

Inter-campus mail is usually delivered within a day or two (Mon-Fri), depending on when you drop it off. If you need the mail to be delivered the same day, be sure to drop it off at the mail counter by 11:00am.

Inter-Campus Mail Guidelines

  • Must be in a sealed envelope, at least 3.5″ X 5″.
  • Must be addressed with recipient’s first and last name and campus box number (department name optional).
  • If more than a few, please have sorted in numerical order by campus box number.
  • Large quantities (over 100) of mail* must be sorted in numerical order by campus box number. If advertising a date/deadline, mailings must be dropped off at least two weeks prior to the advertised event.
