Summer Mail & Changing Your Address
Summers at Elon
If you plan to stay on or near campus during the summer (June and July), you will need to fill out our Summer Address Notification Form in OnTrack so we know you will be around to pick up your mail and packages. If you do not fill out the form, we will assume that you are off-campus during the summer and thus return (to sender) all mail or packages sent to your campus box.
The Summer Address Notification Form for Summer 2023 will be available in OnTrack in April. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to OnTrack (https://ontrack.elon.edu)
- Open the drop down menu on the left side of the screen and click on the “User Options” section.
- Click on “Mail Services Summer Address Notification Form” and complete the form
If you are not going to be on campus for the summer or have graduated, please see below about changing your address. Any items received at Mail Services will be returned to the sender.
Graduating Seniors
You will need to update your address directly with any businesses such as banks, credit cards, cell phone providers, magazine subscriptions, etc. Please be sure to enter and verify your correct shipping address for any online purchases. Items received after May 31 will be returned to the sender.
Changing Your Address
If you are not going to be staying at Elon for the summer, or for other times when you may need to change your address (e.g., study abroad or graduating), you will need to update your address directly with any businesses such as banks, credit cards, cell phone providers, magazine subscriptions, etc. Please be sure to enter and verify your correct shipping address for any online purchases.
