Mail Services is the distribution hub for all incoming and outgoing items sent through the carriers listed below, as well as inter-campus mail. We offer many of the services you’ve come to expect from USPS such as Express Mail, Priority Mail, and Certified Mail. We sell stamps and shipping supplies and are a package drop off location* for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

*Packages need to have the full shipping label with tracking number for drop off. We cannot accept labels with the QR code.

Student Mailing Address

All mail and packages must be addressed using the following format:

Student First and Last Name
XXXXX Campus Box
Elon, NC 27244

The number is listed before Campus Box so it reads like a street address.

If a shipper is requiring more information, an additional address line of 100 Campus Drive can be included. Items not properly addressed may cause a delay in processing or be returned to the sender.

Students can find their campus box number in OnTrack. Visit our Incoming Students page for more information.

If you need to mail the following items, it is highly recommended to ship with tracking:

  • Cash or Credit Cards
  • Keys
  • Passport
  • Prescription Medication

Accepted Carriers & Parcel Tracking

Track your package by clicking on the respective carrier link below and entering your tracking number.

*Amazon packages that have tracking starting with TBA must be tracked by logging in to your Amazon account. Mail Services does not have access to Amazon’s internal tracking information.

*Amazon deliveries are accepted Monday – Friday from 8am – 3pm. Please update your account’s delivery instructions to reflect these times. Click here for details on how to update your account.

Direct store and grocery deliveries (DoorDash, Roadie, Shipt, Target, UberEats, Walmart, Whole Foods, etc.) must be coordinated with the student for delivery directly to the student. These deliveries are not accepted at Mail Services, Moseley Center front desk, Inman Admissions Welcome Center, or anywhere else on campus. Items left randomly on campus/unattended that are not claimed within a day will be donated or discarded.
