Off Campus Residents

As an undergraduate student, your campus box is available to you during your undergraduate career. If you choose to live off-campus, you will have the option to continue having items mailed to your campus box or to your residence. You may need to verify with your lessor if you have a mail receptacle and can receive USPS mail and packages. Packages from UPS, DHL, and FedEx should be deliverable to your off campus residence regardless of whether or not you have a mail receptacle.

Sending and Receiving Mail/Packages

Visit the mail counter in Moseley to send mail/packages out or receive mail/packages from others. When mail or a package comes in for you, you’ll receive an email notification. Remember to bring your Phoenix Card for identification when picking up items and to have your email notification accessible to scan in place of a signature.

Please note: Local delivery of flowers, gift baskets, balloons, baked goods, etc. will be delivered directly to the front desk in Moseley instead of coming to Mail Services.

Direct store or grocery deliveries are not accepted at either Mail Services or Moseley front desk. Students will need to coordinate directly with the service provider for delivery.

Summer Mail & Changing Your Address

During the summer months, Mail Services will assume you are off-campus unless you tell us otherwise. We’ve created a simple Summer Address Notification Form in OnTrack (under the Residence Life section) so you can easily tell us if you are staying on campus and want to continue to get mail and packages.
