Sixty new endowed funds have been established during Elon LEADS to increase access to our nationally recognized engaged learning programs called the Elon Experiences. Programs like internships, study abroad, and undergraduate research. The next major leap in the Elon Experiences will be additional funding for internships, which are powerful gateways to employment for students.
Inman Odyssey Scholar Ava Rosen ’23 completed two internships at Goldman Sachs in New York, thanks to her Business Fellows scholarship. Ava has already accepted a job as a Credit Risk Analyst at the firm following graduation.
During my internships, I networked with professionals from each of the firm’s 20 divisions to articulate my personal narrative, immerse myself in Goldman’s culture, and prepare for the recruiting process. I am forever grateful to all the donors who have made internships and scholarships possible. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to prove myself, to persist, and to succeed.
