The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment with springs and pulleys designed to add resistance to a set of classical Pilates exercises. Based on the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow, the Reformer will allow your muscles to work safely in and out of their fully lengthened state. Your spine will be decompressed as you lie down on the machine, so you can work in deeper angles during movements.

This will be a beginner-level class with lots of options. It is necessary to wear form-fitting clothing, and you may wear grippy socks or bare feet. No regular socks allowed. For longer hair, it should be pulled up, so it does not get caught in the machine.
