Join in a slow yoga flow class that will gently transition from pose to pose with brief pauses in each asana (pose) that will give you a chance to breathe and focus on your body and mind. The vinyasa (flow) will go from the ground to standing and back to ground.  Each pose will build on strong alignment to strengthen each muscle group and gain more flexibility to feel your best.
