This is a slow-flow yoga class appropriate for all levels. Each class begins with a short contemplation centered around mindfulness. Then we focus on deep breathing as we flow between yoga poses that build strength and flexibility while relieving tension and stress. Plenty of pose options are given for both yoga beginners and more experienced practitioners so you can tailor the class to your own level.
