Exercise Classes
Faculty/Staff Health & Wellness offers a variety of exercise and movement classes exclusively for faculty and staff. These classes are free and are usually offered before/after work or during lunch hours.

No registration is required for the following classes. If the class is located in Campus Rec (Studios 5 and 6), you must bring your Phoenix Card to access the facility.

Faculty and staff may also take group classes through Campus Recreation (alongside students). This requires the purchase of a Group Exercise Sticker ($20/year). Be sure to bring your Phoenix Card with you to these classes.
