As part of Religious Life Week, there will be a series of informal lunches accompanied by discussion. These lunches will take place in Ward Octagon (the little room at the back of Octagon Café) from 12 Noon – 1:00 P.M. Monday – Thursday. This is just a casual time to sit, eat, and talk about different issues concerning religion, spirituality, and upcoming Truitt Center events. “Lunch with LD Russell” Thursday’s lunchtime discussion is exactly what it says: lunch with LD Russell, Assistant Professor of Religious Studies. Known for his World Religions courses, LD will offer more informal insight into religions of the world.
