We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and hard working individuals who are
interested in gaining experience in politics and campaigning.
The internships have a great opportunity to learn the day-to-day details of planning and implementing major
fundraising events for a high-profile statewide Democratic campaign. Fundraising event
duties will include: preparing event mailings, following up with guest lists and RSVPs,
creating calendars and assisting with general logistical details of events. Internships are
unpaid but intern will have close contact with the candidate and gain insight and
experience of working in a large campaign. Knowledge of North Carolina is desirable.
Flexible commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
