Finance Management Associate Program (FMAP) at Bank of America: Program Outline:
To champion Higher Standards for Finance associate development through experiential learning, training, and networking opportunities to empower associates early in their careers to manage their professional development, realize their potential, and maximize their contributions to Bank of America.
Overview: The Finance Management Associate Program (FMAP) is a two-year Associate Development program, which aggressively moves Finance MAP Associates through rotational assignments within Finance and Accounting. This rotational process helps associates develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of the Finance Group and a broad range of skills. Finance MAP associates participate in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Bank of America’s vision and culture. You will participate in FMAP events and networking activities, and you are encouraged to further develop leadership skills by leading projects or committees.
