Luke Johnson, an English major who graduated in 2007, has recently found lots of success in publishing his poems. Besides having his poems accepted by eight national journals, Luke also had one of his poems in THE BEST NEW POETS anthology; the former poet laureate Mark Strand chose Luke’s poem.
We decided to acknowledge Luke’s remarkable achievements, so Luke is returning to Elon for a poetry reading: Thursday, April 16, at 4:15 in the Isabella Cannon Room.
