On Tuesday, March 1 at 6:30 p.m. Better Luck with your Buck and the Elon Bateman Team will host a brief financial education seminar in Whitley Auditorium for Elon University’s Greek Life community. All students are welcome. The event is being co-sponsored by Kappa Sigma, Phi Mu and Sigma Kappa.
The seminar will cover budgeting, credit and saving in a fun, interactive fashion with a guest speaker. The team will ensure you leave with a better understanding of basic financial knowledge and are prepared to build a strong financial future during and after college!
The Elon Bateman Team is a group of students who are competing in a national public relations case study competition through PRSSA. This year, the assigned client, Ally Financial, has asked teams to carry out financial education programs in their communities. The result on Elon’s campus is Better Luck with your Buck- a campaign that aims to build a better Burlington through providing essential financial information to citizens.
