For our students to be maximally success post-Elon, they will need not only the content they learn in their classes but also leadership and teamwork skills. This workshop is for all faculty/staff who would like to learn about ways in which these skills can be infused into the classroom and class assignments. No prior experience in leadership is required, only an interest in exploring how these ‘practical’ skills can be woven into any course to be taught during the 2013-2014 year. This session will explore group assignments, formal presentations and project planning. In addition, information about the Faculty Leadership Fellows program will be shared. Ongoing support for such infusions will be supported throughout the year.
