CATL Talk on managing stress – Nov. 14

CATL Talk Series - Peak performance in stressful times Thursday, November 14, 4:15-5:30 p.m. Belk Pavilion 201

During certain times throughout any academic semester, increased stress is fairly predictable.  These times of increased stress tend to come when we need to perform at high levels. This CATL Talk, facilitated by Paul C. Miller (Exercise Science) and Eric Hall (Exercise Science) will help us better understand what stress is and identify some strategies, for ourselves and our students, to achieve/maintain peak performance. Stress-free snacks will be provided.
