On Tuesday, January 28, 2014, new adjunct/part-time faculty should plan to attend an orientation at 5:30 p.m. in Belk Pavilion (not Belk Library) Room 208. At this 90-minute meeting we will enjoy light snacks while talking about teaching and engaged learning at Elon. We also will share a number of resources that should be useful to you, including information about Moodle (our learning management system) and OnTrack, where you will access your class roll and submit your grades. This orientation will complement what you are receiving from your department chair, who will be able to help you understand the specifics of teaching your course at Elon.
