The Student Government Association is excited to announce that applications are now open for the Acorn Fund. The Acorn Fund is designated for Elon students to financially support an original, innovative, feasible invention, a for-profit/nonprofit organization, or another initiative with the potential for positive impact beyond the classroom.
Any Elon University student, excluding those in their final semester at Elon, is eligible to apply for the Acorn Fund. Two $4,500 prizes will be awarded to help students’ ideas flourish.
Applications are due Nov. 10, and all applicants must attend a workshop scheduled for Nov. 3 at 5 p.m. in the Numen Lumen Pavilion, Room 203. For more information regarding the Acorn Fund, please stop by the SGA office in Moseley 213 or contact Alexandra McCorkle.
