Each week during December, Elon will be releasing a new video to highlight moments that make the winter season extra special.
President Connie Ledoux Book joined and Elon Maker Hub Consultant Leah Cooper ’22 joined ETalk host Cammie Brady ’21 in the Williams Studio in the School of Communications for a special holiday edition of the student-led entertainment show.
Cooper and Book used 3D-printed items to create a holiday snow globe. The items were created in the Elon Maker Hub using 3D printers, just one of the many tools and pieces of equipment available to Elon students, faculty and staff in the Maker Hub.
“The Maker Hub is such an exciting space on campus because of the creativity,” Book said. “Students can come in and take a few classes to learn how to use the equipment, and they are off and running.”
“It’s a great outlet, especially now, to go and create whatever you want,” Brady said.
