Alert Level 3
At alert level 3, the Maker Hub limits the number of users in each location at any one time. MH – Colonnades can hold only 1 user and MH – Downtown a total of 4 (2 on the laser engravers and 2 for general projects, including anything in the Safety Zone). If you’re planning to visit the Maker Hub, please make a reservation first. Remember, one person per reservation.
Elon Kickbox Applications Are Open
Now through Nov. 23, undergraduate and graduate students can apply for a 2021 Elon Kickbox. Each year the initiative offers the resources, support and $300 to help makers bring their ideas to life. Interested? Join us for a virtual information session via Zoom on Friday, Nov. 13 at 3:15 p.m. Learn more about Kickbox and register for the upcoming event.
Introducing online Tool Trainings – A more convenient way to learn how to use the tools in the Maker Hub. Currently, trainings for the Laser Engraver, Glowforge, Saws, and 3D Printers are ready to go.
