Campus Recreation and Wellness provides information, tips, and resources regarding alcohol use and reducing alcohol-related risks during the holidays

Elon's Teacher Education Program has earned national accreditation by demonstrating excellence in the areas of content and pedagogy, clinical partnerships and practice, candidate recruitment, progression and support, program impact and quality assurance and continuous improvement from the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation.

Smith, twice an Elon alumna, worked with the Office of Admissions for more than 18 years, starting as a student worker while pursuing her undergraduate degree.  

Turnage created the fund in collaboration with retired Professor Laura Roselle to help further the study of political communication and media literacy, with grants supporting speakers, research and dialogue at Elon.

The professor of psychology and assistant dean of Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences, recently co-authored three peer-reviewed scientific journal articles that were supported by her funding from the National Institutes of Health.
