Inspired by Book’s service to Elon, Trustee Kerrii Brown Anderson ’79 has made a $500,000 gift to name the gathering space at the university’s future health and wellness hub.

Family and friends of the late Allison Keill have joined together to endow a scholarship in her name that will provide students with life-changing global engagement opportunities.

Scheduled to open in fall 2026, Slattery Center will be located within Elon’s Innovation Quad, home to the university’s engineering and other STEM programs.

Danieley, who is the niece of the late Elon President Emeritus J. Earl Danieley ’46, is passionate about the lessons society and individuals can learn from exploring issues of identity, ancestry and cultural heritage.

The gift deepens the strong partnership between Elon and the company that provides healthy, locally sourced dining options for the campus community.

Parents Neil and Jennifer Wizel P’28 are among the latest donors to make generous gifts to Elon's new home for health and wellness that will serve all students, faculty and staff.

Elon’s “deep sense of commitment” to student success inspired Trustee Debra Del Vecchio P’22 P’24 to generously contribute to the center that will integrate academics, wellness, campus recreation and fitness programs to ensure students gain the skills they need to thrive on campus and beyond.

The gift from Ilene and Andy Cantos P’25 will strengthen Jewish Life on campus by providing valuable funding for internships, student scholarships, facilities and programs.

Parents Scott and Jeannine Zeller P’25 made their generous contribution to assist young people who face health challenges "unique to their generation."

Bryan ’07 and Liz Padgette ’06, Katie Sherborne P’27, and Grant P’27 and Angie Dorfman P’27 contributed more than $300,000 collectively to the new home for holistic health and well-being initiatives. Their gifts will also create scholarships for students.
